What's Included in the Pilot?

BuildingCoach’s approach combines asynchronous training modules with live, customized coaching, pairing operators with experienced coaches who offer a guiding hand to help them optimize their buildings.

12 Self-Guided Core Courses

Our core set of courses prepare you to find energy-saving opportunities at your building. These courses cover topics from Sensor Calibration to Scheduling to Variable Speed Control using the Fan/Pump Affinity Laws. 

Selection from 12 Self-Guided Elective Courses (you pick 6)

The BuildingCoach Learning Portal also gives you access to 12 elective courses – participants choose six based on their facility, equipment, and goals. 

2 Live Training Sessions (2.5 hours each)

Once you complete the core and elective courses, you’ll move on to two live, 2.5-hour training session over Zoom.

5 Live Coaching Sessions (2.5 hours each)

In the final phase, our expert coaches will help you identify opportunities at your building over 5 live small-ground coaching sessions (2.5 hours each), many of which you can act on immediately.
